Door To Door Service
OzPet's Door to Door service provides pick-up and delivery Australia wide. If required your pets can be boarded in one of our quality assured boarding facilities and delivered to you at your request. When you confirm a transport, one of our staff will contact you to verify the information, confirm flight details and notify you of our estimated pickup and delivery times. Drivers call in advance to confirm their arrival and also notify the destination recipient in the same manner prior to delivery.

Airport To Airport Service
Airport to Airport Service allows the customer to organise drop off and pickup at the airports. OzPet will have the freight consignment and a Pet crate (if required) waiting for you at the origin airport. This service allows the customer the freedom to organise than own transport and still take advantage of OzPet Transport's great freight rates. Customers are reminded that Airlines require the animals to be delivers the freight terminal 90 minutes prior to departure.

Crate Hire Only
This service is provided for those clients that want to take there Pets with them as excess baggage and don't have a airline approved Pet Carrier/Crate. Both Virgin and Qantas allow 1 pet per passenger to travel as excess baggage (fees apply). Airlines require the animals to be delivers the freight terminal 90 minutes prior to departure.

Note: All pets that traveling with an airline are required to travel in an airline approved Pet Carrier. Dogs travel in either steel mesh crates (large dogs) or plastic pet carriers (smaller dogs). Cats, travel in plastic pet packs (they are ideal for use as beds, litter trays or hutches after the journey). There are several different sizes of Pet Carrier when selecting a carrier it is important your pet is able to sit, stand, lie down and turn around easily.
